  • 1 cup Italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems.
  3. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  5. In a bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Stuff each mushroom cap with the sausage mixture.
  8. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
