- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In another pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the lobster meat and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then add lemon juice.
- Pour the lobster cream sauce over the salmon and garnish with parsley.
