Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 cups cheese sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, lobster meat, and cheese sauce.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika; sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
