A creamy and delicious lobster mac and cheese inspired by Ruth’s Chris.
Ingredients

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups cheese sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, lobster meat, and cheese sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and paprika; sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh lobster for the best flavor.
- Feel free to add more cheese if desired.
- Can be made ahead and reheated.
