Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Add green onions, cucumber, and smoked salmon. Stir to combine.
- Spread the mixture on slices of white bread.
- Top with another slice of bread and press gently.
- Trim the crusts and cut into quarters or triangles.
- Arrange on a platter and serve.
