Ingredients

  • Beef Stroganoff: 500g beef, 2 onions, 200g mushrooms, 200ml sour cream, 2 tbsp flour, salt, pepper
  • Herring Under a Fur Coat: 300g herring fillets, 3 potatoes, 3 carrots, 3 beets, 2 apples, 200g mayonnaise
  • Champagne: 2 bottles

Instructions

  1. Prepare Olivier Salad by boiling potatoes and carrots, then dicing all ingredients and mixing with mayonnaise.
  2. Cook Beef Stroganoff by sautéing onions and mushrooms, adding beef, and simmering with sour cream.
  3. Assemble Herring Under a Fur Coat by layering herring, grated vegetables, and apples, topped with mayonnaise.
  4. Chill salads in the refrigerator before serving.
  5. Serve dishes with chilled champagne.
