- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp taco seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add Rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning to the skillet.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix until smooth.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot Rotel.
- Can be made in a slow cooker for easier serving.
