Ingredients

  • 2 cups asparagus
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  4. In a saucepan, add red wine and simmer until reduced by half.
  5. Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
  6. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté asparagus for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve steaks with asparagus and drizzle with red wine reduction.
