Ingredients

- 2 Ribeye steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cups asparagus
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub the steaks with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In a saucepan, add red wine and simmer until reduced by half.
- Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté asparagus for 2 minutes.
- Serve steaks with asparagus and drizzle with red wine reduction.
Notes
- Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
