Description

Delicious rice krispie buckeyes made with peanut butter and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons shortening

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Stir in Rice Krispies until evenly coated.
  3. Form mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and shortening in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each ball in chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and chill until chocolate hardens.
