A traditional meal to celebrate family unity during Chinese New Year.
Ingredients

- 2 kg whole chicken
- 500 g rice
- 1 kg mixed vegetables
- 200 g soy sauce
- 100 g ginger
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 500 ml chicken broth
Instructions
- Clean the chicken and prepare the marinade.
- Mix soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours.
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté mixed vegetables.
- In a large pot, add marinated chicken and chicken broth.
- Cook on medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve chicken with rice and vegetables.
