- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Add a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture on top.
- Cover with more melted chocolate.
- Chill in the refrigerator until set.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
