Ingredients

  • 1 cup seafood stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup crab meat
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine seafood stuffing mix, shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place flounder fillets on a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the stuffing mixture onto each fillet.
  5. Roll up the fillets and secure with toothpicks.
  6. Brush the rolled fillets with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
  8. Remove toothpicks before serving.
