A delicious Red Lobster-style stuffed flounder dish.
Ingredients

- 4 flounder fillets
- 1 cup seafood stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup crab meat
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine seafood stuffing mix, shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place flounder fillets on a baking dish.
- Spoon the stuffing mixture onto each fillet.
- Roll up the fillets and secure with toothpicks.
- Brush the rolled fillets with melted butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
- Remove toothpicks before serving.
Notes
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Pair with a side salad.
