A delicious shrimp scampi dish featuring pasta and a garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in white wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Add cooked linguine, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Toss everything together and cook for another minute.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Adjust red pepper flakes to taste.
- Pair with a side salad for a complete meal.
