A flavorful salmon bowl featuring sesame and soy sauce.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the salmon in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it.
- Bake the salmon for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Prepare rice and steam broccoli while the salmon cooks.
- Once the salmon is ready, flake it and serve over rice with broccoli.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of honey for sweetness.
- Use brown rice for a healthier option.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
