- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup biscuit mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup minced green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix sausage, cheese, biscuit mix, milk, green onions, and lobster.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
