Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked lobster meat
- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, celery)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups seafood stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
- Slowly whisk in seafood stock and cream.
- Bring to a simmer, then add lobster, shrimp, and vegetables.
- Season with Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a pie dish.
- Cover with the pie crust and seal edges.
- Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
