Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add flour and stir for 1 minute.
  4. Slowly whisk in seafood stock and cream.
  5. Bring to a simmer, then add lobster, shrimp, and vegetables.
