- 500g red lobster mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Clean the red lobster mushrooms with a damp cloth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- Stir in fresh parsley before serving.
