- 1 pizza crust
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface.
- Spread the Alfredo sauce evenly on the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the chopped lobster meat on top.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper over the lobster.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve hot.
