Description

Delicious red lobster dumplings filled with tender lobster meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Brush edges with beaten egg and fold to seal.
  4. Boil a pot of water and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes until they float.
  5. Remove and serve with dipping sauce.
