Description
Delicious red lobster dumplings filled with tender lobster meat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix lobster meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Brush edges with beaten egg and fold to seal.
- Boil a pot of water and cook dumplings for 5-7 minutes until they float.
- Remove and serve with dipping sauce.

- Ensure lobster is fresh and cooked properly.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- Can be served with soy sauce or a spicy dip.
