Delicious crab stuffed mushrooms from Red Lobster.
Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup crab meat
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely.
- In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
- Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.

- Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
