Delicious red lobster crab cakes made with fresh crab meat and seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh crab meat
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, mustard, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently to avoid breaking the crab meat.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

- Use fresh crab meat for the best flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Can be served with tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
