Description

This recipe mimics the famous Red Lobster biscuits, known for their buttery flavor and cheesy goodness.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cold buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, combine buttermilk and melted butter.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
