Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and green onions.
- In another bowl, combine milk and sour cream.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder on top of biscuits.
Notes
- Serve warm for the best flavor.
- Can be frozen after baking for later use.
