Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Whisk in flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Slowly add chicken broth and milk, stirring until thickened.
- Add cooked chicken and mixed vegetables to the sauce.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- Prepare cheddar bay biscuit mix according to package instructions.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown.
