Instructions

  3. Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir well.
  5. Gradually add seafood stock, stirring constantly.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add lobster meat, sherry, and heavy cream.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with parsley before serving.
