A delicious copycat recipe for Red Lobster biscuits.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cold butter, cubed
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add shredded cheddar cheese and cold butter. Mix until crumbly.
- Pour in the milk and stir until just combined.
- Fold in chopped parsley.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush over biscuits after baking.
