- 2 cups cooked seafood (shrimp, lobster, crab)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 2/3 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add flour, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until combined.
- Gradually add chicken broth and cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add cooked seafood and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until a dough forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of biscuit dough over the seafood mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
