Delicious crab cakes inspired by Red Lobster’s famous biscuits.
Ingredients

- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, eggs, parsley, and cheddar cheese.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Form mixture into patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use lump crab meat for best results.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
