A delicious casserole inspired by Red Lobster’s famous biscuits, perfect for breakfast.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Red Lobster biscuit mix
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of cooked and crumbled sausage
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the biscuit mix with the milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage and cheese to the mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the sausage.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
