Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease and flour a rectangle cake pan.

- Stir in milk and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before frosting.
- Frost with red frosting and top with white chocolate shavings.
