A delicious seafood dish using Better Than Bouillon lobster base for added flavor.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon lobster base
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink.
- In a separate pot, mix water and Better Than Bouillon lobster base. Bring to a boil.
- Add rice to the boiling broth and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Combine shrimp mixture with rice. Stir well.
- Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Can substitute shrimp with other seafood.
- Serve with lemon wedges for extra flavor.
