Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Better Than Bouillon lobster base
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. In a separate pot, mix water and Better Than Bouillon lobster base. Bring to a boil.
  5. Add rice to the boiling broth and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Combine shrimp mixture with rice. Stir well.
  7. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Serve hot.
