Ingredients

  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup of salsa
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread tortilla chips evenly on a baking sheet.
  3. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add black beans and salsa on top of the cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and top with diced avocado and sour cream.
  7. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to add jalapeños for extra heat.
  • Serve with extra salsa on the side.
  • Can be made vegetarian by omitting meat toppings.
