- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pie crust and fit it into a pie dish.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30-40 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.

- Serve with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
