Description
A delicious pumpkin dessert topped with cool whip.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can of pumpkin puree (15 oz)
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
- 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz)
- 3 eggs
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup of cool whip
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Add evaporated milk and eggs, and beat until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
- Top with cool whip before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Best served chilled.
- You can add whipped cream for extra flavor.
