Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
  • 1 can of evaporated milk (12 oz)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup of cool whip

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
  3. Add evaporated milk and eggs, and beat until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
  6. Let it cool before serving.
  7. Top with cool whip before serving.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
  • Best served chilled.
