Ingredients

- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup of raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into heart shapes.
- Place a spoonful of raspberry jam on half of the hearts.
- Top with another heart and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and vanilla extract with a little water to make icing.
- Drizzle icing over cooled pastries.
