Ingredients

- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, and honey until smooth.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Line a muffin tin with papers.
- Pour a layer of melted chocolate into each cup.
- Add a layer of peanut butter mixture.
- Top with more melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
Notes
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use any nut butter of your choice.
- Adjust sweetness to your liking.
