A refreshing collection of cocktails made with prosecco.
Ingredients
- Prosecco – 750 ml
- Fresh fruit (strawberries, peaches, or raspberries) – 1 cup
- Simple syrup – 1/4 cup
- Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
- Club soda – 1 cup
Instructions
- Chill the prosecco in the refrigerator.
- In a pitcher, combine fresh fruit and simple syrup.
- Muddle the fruit gently to release juices.
- Add lemon juice and stir well.
- Pour in the prosecco and club soda, mixing gently.
- Serve in glasses over ice.
- Garnish with additional fruit if desired.
