- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the ribeye roast.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan, bone side down.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Reduce the temperature to 325°F (163°C) and continue roasting for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove from the oven and let the roast rest for 20 minutes before slicing.
