Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
  3. Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
  6. Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, basting with butter halfway through.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
