- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down the center.
- Gently pull the meat out and place it on top of the shell.
- In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the lobster meat with the butter mixture.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, basting with butter halfway through.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
