Instructions
- Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chicken breast, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add broccoli to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Combine chicken and broccoli with cooked rice.
- Serve warm.
