- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them until tender.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, and pickles.
- Add the cooled potatoes to the mixture and stir gently.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
- Use red or Yukon gold potatoes for better texture.
- Feel free to add hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
