Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the pork ribeye roast with olive oil.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and thyme in a bowl.
- Coat the roast evenly with the spice mixture.
- Place the roast in a roasting pan.
- Roast in the oven for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let the roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
