A fun and festive treat for Valentine’s Day featuring popcorn.
Ingredients

- 1 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup red and pink sprinkles
Instructions
- Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the sugar, corn syrup, and salt to the melted butter.
- Stir until the mixture begins to boil.
- Cook for 4 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn and mix well.
- Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet and sprinkle with red and pink sprinkles.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use different colors of sprinkles for other occasions.
- Try adding chocolate drizzles for extra flavor.
