Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup red and pink sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the sugar, corn syrup, and salt to the melted butter.
  4. Stir until the mixture begins to boil.
  5. Cook for 4 minutes without stirring.
  6. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  7. Pour the mixture over the popped popcorn and mix well.
  8. Spread the popcorn on a baking sheet and sprinkle with red and pink sprinkles.
  9. Let it cool before serving.
