Poor Man’s Lobster is a delicious and affordable seafood dish that mimics the taste of lobster using fish.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds of cod or haddock fillets
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Pour the butter mixture over the fish fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

- Serve with melted butter for dipping.
- Pair with a side salad or vegetables.
- This dish can be made with other white fish as well.
