Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the mixed greens and place them in a large bowl.
- Add pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, walnuts, and red onion to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.

- This salad can be made ahead of time, but add dressing just before serving.
