- 4 quarts water
- 1/4 cup sea salt
- 1 lemon, halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- Bring water and salt to a boil in a large pot.
- Add lemon halves to the boiling water.
- Carefully add lobsters to the pot headfirst.
- Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and place them in ice water to stop cooking.
- Once cooled, crack the shells and remove the meat.
- Serve with melted butter.
