Ingredients

- 2 live lobsters
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Drop in the lobsters and cook for 8 minutes.
- Remove lobsters and let them cool.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice and salt to the melted butter.
- Remove the lobster meat from the shells.
- Dip the lobster meat in the butter mixture before serving.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
