Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 5 minutes.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base.
- Add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and olives.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Slice and serve hot.
