A classic tropical cocktail made with rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.
Ingredients

- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1 oz heavy cream
- 6 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 pineapple slice for garnish
- 1 maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Add the rum, coconut cream, heavy cream, pineapple juice, and crushed ice to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a cherry.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less coconut cream.
- Use fresh pineapple juice for better flavor.
