Ingredients

- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup lentils
- 1/4 cup dried fruits
- 1/4 cup nuts
- 1 tablespoon saffron
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 2 hours.
- Cook lentils in boiling water until tender.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and add nuts and dried fruits.
- Add cooked lentils and mix well.
- Drain the rice and add it to the pan.
- Add saffron, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
