Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 2 hours.
  2. Cook lentils in boiling water until tender.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil and add nuts and dried fruits.
  4. Add cooked lentils and mix well.
  5. Drain the rice and add it to the pan.
  6. Add saffron, salt, and pepper.
  7. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm.
