- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar.
- Add the vanilla and peppermint extracts, mixing well.
- Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the crushed peppermint candies.
- Shape the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool for a few minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
